Membership is a relationship between you and the entire Bet Alef community. In addition to the contributions you provide through participation, service and funding you also receive benefits, both measureable and immeasureable. Benefits include:

Membership Policies

When you become a member of Bet Alef you are making a statement. You are demonstrating more than your affiliation with a synagogue. You are affirming your commitment to exploring your spiritual self and to building a spiritual community.

• Each new member attends a Membership Orientation
• Membership is open to Jews and non-Jews alike
• Membership is offered to all regardless of financial circumstances.
• Annual dues are billed and payable each January. Dues can also be paid monthly or quarterly.
• We are a fair share congregation. Fair share for each household is between 1.5% and 2.7% of total pre-tax income. Minimum Dues are $520 annually.
